I was taken in as an emergency patient last minute yesterday from 2.5 hours away. They fit me in, we’re waiting for me, and had all hands on deck to help the situation. Everyone from the front office staff to the Endodontist and hygienist were extremely caring and compassionate. I am disabled with a broken neck and they accommodated my needs, didn’t make me feel like I was just “extra” and got me in and out. Very professional and very kind. I see a lot of bad reviews but I feel it’s important to highlight the exceptional work when you have it done. I experienced nothing unprofessional and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

First visit was great. Second visit was scheduled June 10 at 10 am received a call at 9:30 and was asked to come in at 11:30 which was cool because I was running behind. I arrived was taken to the back. I came in for deep cleaning and an extraction. They came in numb my right side then hygienist came in cleaned my right side. I asked about the extraction she said are would go find out. The lady that helped with setting up my payments came back and told me that the dr was doing an expensive surgery. Which is fine but why would I drive a hour to get half my mouth cleaned? When she called to change the time of my appointment why not just reschedule for another day? Never going back

Our first time here; my partner was having tooth pain. Everyone so nice and informative. We were brought back within 15 min of his appt time. Daniela, the RDA, was very sweet and took extra care with my partner as he is visually impaired. Everyone treated us wonderfully! We will be back. 🤩

Run away and spend your money and peace of mind somewhere worthwhile! About a month ago, I went in for my first check-up (it was my first time seeing a dentist in College Station). They shocked me with a $10,000 bill and told me I needed deep cleaning with antibiotics. Later, I noticed the same pattern mentioned in other reviews here, it honestly seems like their go-to tactic to make money. They also told me I needed a root canal and that another tooth required retreatment. I didn’t feel confident about these diagnoses, so I went to a very experienced local dentist with five-star reviews. My bill there was $1,800 — and they even prioritized what actually needed to be done. Turns out, I don’t need any root canals at all, and I don’t need deep cleaning either. I was basically scared into unnecessary treatments. On top of that, their hygienist made me feel terrible about my gums without having the expertise or giving proper explanations. They didn’t even send me my X-rays despite my formal request and filling out the required forms. I ended up having to take new X-rays at my new dentist a few weeks later. Long story short: stay away. There are plenty of great local dentists in Col
